For most people, new year resolutions are talked about and ‘set’ as something out of reach, or difficult to achieve – or even perhaps as a joke – in the vein hope things might be positively different and changed at the end of the year.

If you are able, try to regularly continue to seek God and set aside time to listen to Him for spiritual direction throughout the whole year.
